A brief ceremony is planned to officially dedicate the park in honor of Jessica. The park is currently open and you may enjoy the park at any time.
If you plan to attend the dedication, please review the road closures, park access restrictions and parking locations listed below.

I’m excited to see the park officially open. It’s beautiful, more that we could have expected the beauty and the design. My son and I go over there all the time. All the different play equipment for the kids to play on and the joy in all the kids faces and the adults who walk there dogs there. I can’t wait for people to see it.
